When Jeni Lennox’s Grandmother was diagnosed with dementia, she and her family stepped in to care for Granny at home. Ultimately, this decision would lead Jeni to design a project called ‘Dementia Circle’.

In 2016, this small town near Milan started a journey which made it the first official Italian dementia friendly community.

Powered wheelchairs available on the market weren’t good enough for Alex Papanikolaou. So he designed one himself so he can travel first class around the world, longer, faster, safer.

I shut down Included Design Ltd and I wrote this final blog as part of the closure process. So much has happened in the 5 ‘Included Design’ years that it was a good exercise reflecting on all the milestones.
